I Just Placed an Order. When Will It Ship?

We strive to ship items as quickly as possible. Please allow 4-6 days for production, as each piece is handcrafted with care. Standard shipping times are 7-10 days.

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number. If you don’t have a tracking number after 7 business days, please reach out to us at urbannowco@gmail.com.

How Are Shipping Costs Calculated?

We offer free shipping worldwide. However, please note that customs and duties fees may apply, and these vary by country.

I’m Not in Love With My Order. Can It Be Returned? What If There Is an Issue?

We stand behind our products with a 100% money-back guarantee for defective or damaged items. You have 30 days to return the product for a full refund, though you are responsible for the return shipping cost. Once we receive your returned item, we will issue a full refund of your original purchase.


Please note: Custom signs may have additional return details outlined in our Return Policy. If your package is en route, please wait until it arrives before initiating a return.

Can I Cancel My Order?

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase. If you need to make changes or cancel your order, contact us within this window. After 12 hours, once production or shipping has begun, we are unable to cancel the order.

I Entered an Incorrect Address. What Do I Do?

Please double-check your confirmation email for accuracy. If you notice an error, contact us at urbannowco@gmail.com within 48 hours to update the address. Unfortunately, after 48 hours, we are unable to change the address, and refunds will not be available for incorrect submissions.

How Long Is My Warranty Valid?

We offer a two-year warranty on all neon signs. If you experience any issues, simply email us with your original purchase number and a description of the problem. Our warranty covers manufacturing defects, but does not cover accidental damage caused by human error.
